At First Christian Church of Homosassa Springs, we're always excited to welcome new visitors. We truly are a family and hope you'll join us for a service. We will make your visit as comfortable as possible. We have a great worship service with music led by our Praise Team, and an enriching sermon that draws us into God's Word during our 10:30 a.m. service.
Oh, and a fun part of the service includes a "Fishing Report" -- an update on fishing in our Nature Coast!
Prior to our worship service, we have an Adult Sunday School at 9:30 a.m. in the fellowship hall. Children's Church is available for preschoolers during the service on Sundays.
We begin the first Sunday of each month with a Fellowship Meal after the service with an array of delicious dishes and socializing! Wednesday night home study groups are available for those that wish to further enrich their education. We also hold a monthly Men's Breakfast Meeting, a Women's Breakfast Meeting, and a "Movie and Meal" night. See our Calendar of Events for dates and times!
Our church is located at 7030 W. Grover Cleveland Blvd. in Homosassa Springs, FL. If you have mobility restrictions or young children to carry, feel free to park in one of the spots closest to the door. Our sanctuary is wheelchair friendly.
Please don't worry about what you'll wear to church, for we believe people should come to God as they are. Once you walk in the doors, you'll see a congregation of all types of people in all kinds of apparel including shorts and jeans.
When you walk in, you'll be warmly greeted to our friendly, family atmosphere. Our greeters can point you to the restrooms, sanctuary and fellowship area. If you have any questions about the service itself, they will also provide helpful answers.
Be sure to hang around after the service and meet our pastor and many other people of our church. We'd also love to get to know you so you're a familiar face the next time you come.
